The clamping system, composed of the template, the pull rod, and the clamping mechanism, ensures the safe locking of the mold. The hydraulic system provides power for all the machine's movements. The electrical system, acting as the "brain" of the machine, controls the entire production process. The heating and cooling system precisely controls the temperature and is crucial for ensuring the quality of the molded product. These five systems are all indispensable.

 

The evolution of its injection molding machines is also worthy of attention. From the simple mechanical injection molding machines in the early days to the highly automated and intelligent equipment of today. The improvement in precision has led to the upgrade to fully electric injection molding machines. The improvement in energy efficiency has saved resource costs compared to traditional injection molding machines, promoting the development of green industry.
