News Update: OLT-KS-08 High-Pressure Homogenizer Delivered to the Czech Republic

Project Details: In September 2025, we delivered an OLT-KS-08 high-pressure homogenizer to the Czech Republic. The parameters of this high-pressure homogenizer are: for fat emulsification, a flow rate of 100L, and an operating pressure of 150MPa.

  Before shipping this project, we conducted tests on the high-pressure homogenizer, including mechanical and appearance inspections, electrical and control system inspections, core performance and no-load testing, and final inspection and documentation preparation. A qualified high-pressure homogenizer must undergo comprehensive testing from "static appearance" to "dynamic performance" and "safety limits." Water pressure testing and safety valve calibration are the two most critical steps, directly affecting the equipment's lifespan and operator safety.

  After providing the customer with a quality inspection report and confirming the integrity of the equipment, we prepared to include relevant documents with the equipment, such as the quality inspection report, product certificate, installation and acceptance form, list of vulnerable parts, and instruction manual. Finally, we began packaging the high-pressure homogenizer, adhering to export standards.
